Henry Zaks

Henry Zaks is a principal in intelligent network communications, llc, ip2ip, llc. and for almost 20 years operated a successful insurance marketing organization that generated over $150,000,000 of gross annualized premiums. His ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities has been a hallmark of his business carreer. Further, he has extensive experience in areas of sales and marketing, team building, contract negotiations and business development.

He is actively involved in fund raising for a variety of charitable organizations that support immigrant resettlement, victims of violence, food pantries and homeless shelters.

The management team brings extensive experience in operational management, international sales, corporate finance, and corporate governance and this will ensure China Wireless Communications has every opportunity to succeed as its business plan is executed in the coming months and years.

Pedro (Pete) E. Racelis III, President and CEO

Mr. Racelis has been with China Wireless since March 2003, and has been instrumental in introducing the Company to several telecommunication and cable companies both domestically and internationally. Mr. Racelis' background includes direct sales and management of channel partners for more than 20 years. Prior to joining China Wireless, he sold hardware and software to telecommunications carriers, financial institutions, and commercial businesses both nationally and internationally throughout North America.

Michael A. Bowden, Vice President of Technology

Mr. Bowden is responsible for technical design and support for the International and domestic operations that provide service to telecommunication and cable companies, commercial and government markets. He has over 23 years experience with network design and technical support, responsible for US West/Qwest backbone and "last mile" network supporting City, Sate Government and Large Business applications.
